· Payment in full is required at time of registration, unless other arrangements have been made with Star CPR · Visa or MasterCard required for registration. No personal checks. · Star CPR reserves the right to process/charge any balance of course fees due to your credit card in the event of non attendance, tardiness, or if you cancel your class.
TARDIES: · Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late, to a scheduled class, will not be admitted, rather they must reschedule to a later, available date. · Any outstanding balance of course fees will be charged to your Credit Card on the originally scheduled class date.
RESCHEDULING POLICY · Any rescheduled class must be completed within 60 days of the original class date, if not, all course and material fees paid are forfeited entirely. · $25.00 rescheduling fee, in addition to the full advertised course fee will apply. · Balance due and rescheduling fees are processed on the originally scheduled class date. · Notifications must be received by either phone or email, where timestamp verification can be met. · If you reschedule with more than 72 hours notice, STAR CPR will apply the amount of the total fees paid, toward a later class date. · When you reschedule your class with less than 72 hours notice: · your Visa or MasterCard will be processed for any outstanding balance due · plus an additional 25% of our advertised course fees · and the rescheduling fee ($25.00).
· Course fees and deposits are non-refundable. · No refunds for Book purchases or postage fees, when applicable. · No Refunds Will Be Issued for Non-Attendance. · No refunds will be given after the start of a course.
STAR CPR reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. Every attempt will be made to contact and notify you, if such an event occurs. Under such circumstances, you will be given the option of rescheduling your class to a later date or you may request a complete refund, (less the cost of any course materials purchased (books) and shipping/handling fees when applicable). Refunds will be credited or returned to you within 30 days. (additional administrative fees will not apply if the class is canceled by Star CPR). RETURNED CHECK FEE : · All returned checks will be charged an additional $30.00 fee for each occurrence. |
