REGISTRATION DEPOSIT:
Course fees are due at time of registration. A minimum of 50% deposit, on a major credit card, is required.
Cancellation charges:
48 hours (2 days) before class: you may be charged 50% of advertised class price. 24 hours (1 day) before class: you may be charged 75% of advertised class price. Less than 24 hours before class: you may be charged 100% of advertised class price.
RETURNED CHECK FEE : All returned checks will be charged an additional $20.00 fee.
REFUNDS:
All refunds granted will be subject to a $25.00 fee to cover shipping, handling, administrative, and instructor rescheduling costs. No Refunds Will Be Issued for Non-Attendance. No refunds will be given after the start of a course.
STAR CPR may allow you to reschedule* a class if cancellation is in advance and unavoidable. Under such circumstances, and at our discretion, STAR CPR may apply the amount of deposit toward that rescheduled* class. Rescheduled* classes must be completed within 60 days of the originally scheduled class, if not, your deposit is forfeited entirely.
STAR CPR reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. Every attempt will be made to contact and notify you, if such an event occurs. Under such circumstances, you will be given the option of rescheduling your class for a later date or you may request a complete refund, which will be returned to you within 30 days. (additional administrative fees will not apply if the class is canceled by Star CPR).
Students who arrive too late, to a scheduled class, will have to reschedule, and all additional administrative fees will apply.
* A $25.00 administrative fee, in addition to the advertised class price, may be charged for rescheduling to another course date after YOU have cancelled your class. |
