REFUND POLICY

REGISTRATION ~ COURSE FEES:
Payment, in full, is due at time of registration.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cash. and company checks. No Personal Checks accepted.

CANCELLATION FEES:

A fee of 25% of the advertised class price, plus any course material fees we provided will be charged for any cancellation made with less than 72 hour notice. If  notice of cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours before scheduled class, no refunds will be granted by Star CPR. Notification  of cancellation must be received via Email or  by phone where timestamp verification can be met.

 

TARDIES:
Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late, to a scheduled class, will not be admitted, rather they must reschedule for a later date.  All administrative and rescheduling fees will apply.  No exceptions.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you request to reschedule a class, Star CPR may assess a $ 25.00 rescheduling fee, in addition to the previously paid advertised class price. All notifications must be received by either phone or email. STAR CPR may allow you to reschedule a class if cancellation is in advance, (more than 72 hours notice), and deemed by Star CPR, to be unavoidable.  Under such circumstances, and at our discretion, STAR CPR may apply the amount of any course fees paid, toward a later class date, if completed within 60 days.  If the class is not completed within 60 days of the originally scheduled class, all course and material fees paid are forfeited entirely.

REFUNDS:
Any refund granted will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.  No Refunds Will Be Issued for Non-Attendance.  No refunds will be given after the start of a course. No refunds will be issued for  people who register less then 72 hours prior to class date, and  then cancel

STAR CPR reserves the right to cancel a class at any time.  Every attempt will be made to contact and notify you, if such an event occurs.  Under such circumstances, you will be given the option of rescheduling your class to a later date or you may request a complete refund, minus course materials, which will be returned to you within 30 days.  (additional administrative fees will not apply if the class is canceled by Star CPR).

RETURNED CHECK FEE :  
All returned checks will be charged an additional $25.00 fee for each and every occurrence.
