DIRECTIONS to Star CPR

Directions From  14 freeway
L.A. & Antelope Valley

Take 14 NORTH towards Palmdale/Lancaster. Continue on 14 NORTH and go through Mojave. (make no turns in Mojave)

About 3 minutes past Mojave, on the left, take HWY 58 WEST toward Bakersfield.

Take 58 WEST about 20 miles and get off at EXIT #148 (Tehachapi-202), veer left at end of off-ramp.

Go to the 2nd signal and turn RIGHT on VALLEY BLVD.

Go PAST the next signal, GOLDEN HILLS BLVD.

After Golden Hills Blvd, go past the “Allstate” sign & Bank of the Sierra, on the right. Turn RIGHT on MISSION, (it’s a small street), then make a quick Left into the first driveway.
